The document that proves your installation is safe and legal

The electrical certificate (boletín) — officially the Electrical Installation Certificate (CIE) — is the document issued by an authorised installer to certify that an installation complies with current regulations. You need it to connect a supply, change the account holder or energy supplier, increase your power, or after refurbishment work.

As an installer authorised by the Ministry of Industry and Tourism, we inspect your installation, confirm that it meets the REBT and issue the corresponding boletín or certificate, registering it with the competent authority in the Basque Country.

If the installation has any faults, we tell you exactly what needs fixing and can carry out the repairs ourselves, so it is brought up to standard and ready to certify.

Issuing the boletín (CIE)

As authorised installers, we issue the official Electrical Installation Certificate, the document that proves your installation is compliant. We hand it over ready for you to arrange a supply or present it to whoever requests it.

Official registration

We lodge the boletín with the competent authority and the distribution company. We handle the paperwork from start to finish, so you don't have to travel anywhere or sort anything out yourself.

Connections and changes of holder

We prepare the paperwork needed to connect a new supply or change the account holder on the contract. We coordinate the process with the energy supplier so the change happens without cuts or delays.

Increasing your power

We issue the certificate you need to increase your contracted power when your installation is no longer enough. First we check that the electrical panel and protective devices can safely handle the new load.

Fixing faults

If the inspection finds any defects, we repair whatever is needed — protective devices, earthing or wiring — so we can certify. We bring the installation up to standard and issue the boletín in a single visit.
