The electrical certificate (boletín) — officially the Electrical Installation Certificate (CIE) — is the document issued by an authorised installer to certify that an installation complies with current regulations. You need it to connect a supply, change the account holder or energy supplier, increase your power, or after refurbishment work.
As an installer authorised by the Ministry of Industry and Tourism, we inspect your installation, confirm that it meets the REBT and issue the corresponding boletín or certificate, registering it with the competent authority in the Basque Country.
If the installation has any faults, we tell you exactly what needs fixing and can carry out the repairs ourselves, so it is brought up to standard and ready to certify.
